The office and commercial building was erected in 1983 and offers a total lettable area of approx. 21,000 sqm as well as a public underground parking with 487 parking spaces. The seven-storey building is located in the immediate vicinity of down town Düsseldorf and directly linked to the well-known shopping area at Schadowstraße.


After more than 30 years as a multi-tenant building, the appearance no longer meets the requirements of a modern office building. At present the entire building is undergoing an extensive refurbishment. A new facade as well as adaptions to the cubature will remodel the new face of the building. The new facade with an axis grid of 1,31m provides future users a highly flexible floor plan. The technical equipment will also be entirely renewed. Both entrances to the office spaces, which are fitted to a two-storey foyer, will be moved to be accessible from the remodelled courtyard. All office tenants will also have access to a roof terrace. Further development of residential space will be created in stages. All five parts of the building include three main areas with newly arranged elevators, staircases.
