Unlike official trading, the Regulated Market offers the company easier access to stock exchange dealing. The IPO prospectus (company report) can be shorter. The obligation to publish does not necessarily have to involve the stock exchange press. The prospectus can also be laid open for inspection at the counters of the financial institutions. As a result of these and other facilities, medium-sized companies in particular are given the opportunity to seek a stock exchange listing at low cost. Trading follows the same rules as Official Trading.
