The eight-floor office and commercial building is located in the centre of Hamburg between the Kontorhausviertel, HafenCity and the City Süd. Due to the very short distance to Hamburg’s main station the office skyscraper is perfectly located in regard to public and individual transport.

The property was built in 1991 by ‘Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg’ and contains approximately 8,500 sqm of total rental space as well as a basement parking area of 73 parking spaces. The utilization contains offices on the 1st to 7th floor. Furthermore, retail and gastro areas are possible to be fitted on ground floor.

After years of governmental utilization, the property does not meet the requirements of a modern office building for which reason the entire building is due to be undertaken an extensive refurbishment. The building will lose its ancient appearance and will additionally change from a single tenant to multi-tenant utilization with totally new office areas which will adapt to the current standards.
