alstria has invested around EUR 250 m in German offices since 2010 and is looking for more

• Our focus is exclusively on office real estate with or without ground floor retail
• In inner city locations or established back-office locations, preferable in Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart.
• We acquire single assets with an investment volume of min. EUR 8 m and portfolios from EUR 20 m upwards.
• The preferred asset size is between 3,000 and 10,000 sqm, and in inner city locations of top 5 cities up to 20,000 sqm
• With regard to our extensive experience, we also appreciate sale-and-leaseback transactions.

We will only consider offers if submitted by the principal, or by a broker which is duly mandated by the owner of the asset. We look forward to receiving offers according to the above-mentioned criteria including a precise description of the location (full address).
