| major cities with at least 50,000 inhabitants; well-connected inner city locations or established back-office locations |
| all transaction sizes with preference for investment volumes
> EUR 10 million |
| flexible and efficient property structure; single-tenant assets with alternative use potential preferred |
| high vacancy rate possible if location and asset are in line with market requirements; redevelopment and refurbishment in established office locations possible |
