Mundsburg Office Tower

Hamburger Strasse 1-15 in Hamburg

The Mundsburg has adorned the Hamburg skyline since 1973 – at 29 storeys the highest of the three towers rises 100 meters into the sky. This exclamation mark, which has been inspired by Bauhaus, is redeveloped according to green building principals. The prominent tower was erected as part of the shopping center Hamburger Straße. The timeless design of the façade will be preserved despite the modern double façade. Interior design and technical fit out will meet highest standards and is flexible with regard to the tenants needs. The light-flooded offices have a wonderful view on Hamburg’s skyline and create a positive working atmosphere.

This refurbishment project is part of our sustainability measures and has received a Silver pre-certificate award for the refurbishment project of its Mundsburg tower from the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council or Deutsche Gesellschaft für nachhaltiges Bauen e.V.). The DGNB Silver pre-certificate demonstrates the project’s sustainability particularly with regard to space and energy efficiency as well as tenant comfort.
